Locker is a digital product — your license key is delivered immediately on purchase. Because of that, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law.
The app is free to download, and these terms are posted before checkout, so you can see exactly what you're getting before you pay. We'd rather you be sure up front than ask for a refund after.
Purchases are handled by Polar (polar.sh) as our Merchant of Record. Polar processes the payment and applicable taxes. If the law in your country gives you a mandatory withdrawal or refund right for digital goods, that right still applies and is handled through Polar.
If your license key doesn't work or you were charged in error, email haring.nathan@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
